This piece takes me back to my youth in Newfoundland.  I would watch with fascination as my father built dory boats and lobster traps.  Father and Brother would then go fishing on the waters off  Stephenville Crossing, N.L.

Artist Tom Campbell is a Mi’kmag from Newfoundland who now makes Kingston, Ontario his home.
